Who doesn't love a side of fruity salsa with freshly grilled fish?


  • 2 large mangos, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (optional)
  • 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped finely
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix well and let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving so flavors can combine.
