Easy Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes are a classic seafood dish that make the perfect appetizer or quick and easy lunch. Featuring Waterfront Bistro Crab, available only in our stores, this tasty meal is ready in 10 minutes.
Total cook time
- 8 oz. Waterfront Bistro lump crab meat
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, seafood seasoning, egg white, lemon juice, and panko. Mix well.
Add crab meat. Gently mix to combine.
Form into 4 patties, gently pressing to flatten.
Place patties on a plate lined with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up.
Pan fry cakes in butter until golden brown, 4-5 minutes per side.
