Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Waterfront Bistro lump crab meat
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, seafood seasoning, egg white, lemon juice, and panko.  Mix well. 

Step 2

Add crab meat.  Gently mix to combine. 

Step 3

Form into 4 patties, gently pressing to flatten.

Step 4

Place patties on a plate lined with plastic wrap.

Step 5

Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up.

Step 6

Pan fry cakes in butter until golden brown, 4-5 minutes per side.

For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
