Grilled Lemon Ginger Soy Shrimp
Fire up the grill for this flavorful shrimp recipe featuring Waterfront Bistro shrimp, available only at our stores. With only 15 minutes prep time, this dish could not be easier!

- 2 pounds Waterfront Bistro Gulf Shrimp U 15, shell and tail on
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 lemon, zest and juiced
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
In a gallon-sized resealable bag, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, garlic, and ginger. Seal the bag and shake to mix.
Add shrimp and massage bag to coat shrimp.
Let marinate refrigerated for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat and oil grill or cast-iron skillet to high.
Remove shrimp from marinade and discard marinade.
Grill shrimp for 3 - 5 minutes per side.
Serve with lemon wedges, peel shrimp and enjoy.
