New England Clam Rolls
Travel to the East Coast with this easy take on the classic New England clam roll. Use Waterfront Bistro Breaded Clam Strips, found only at our stores, for easy prep and delicious results.

- 12-ounces package Waterfront Bistro Breaded Clam Strips
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 Hoagie or French rolls, split lengthwise
- 1-pound prepared coleslaw
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 4 pickle spears
Prepare breaded clam strips per package instruction.
Toast rolls until golden brown and brush with melted butter.
To assemble sandwich, place coleslaw, tomato, and onion slices on the toasted roll.
Top with clam strips and pickle spear.
