Quick and Easy Fish Tacos
Fish Tacos in less than 30 mins! These tasty tacos feature Waterfront Bistro Fish Sticks, only available at our stores, and are sure to quickly become a family favorite.

- 16 frozen Waterfront Bistro Fish Sticks
- 16 corn tortillas, warmed
- ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, zest and juiced
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cups bagged coleslaw salad mix
- 1 cup fresh pico de gallo salsa
Arrange fish sticks in a single layer on foil-lined baking sheet.
Cook fish sticks according to package.
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lime zest and juice, cumin, and sugar. Mix well.
Add coleslaw mix and salsa; toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Double stack the warmed tortillas, top with slaw, and then place fish sticks beside the slaw.
