Sriracha Lime Ahi Tuna
You only need half an hour to create this delicious grilled Sriracha Lime Ahi Tuna! Spice up your next barbecue with our bright, spicy marinade on tuna steaks. Turn up the heat by adding more Sriracha.

- 4-6 ounce ahi tuna steaks
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat grill to medium (375-425º.) In a 9 x 13 pan, whisk together coconut milk, garlic, ginger, lime, sriracha, salt and pepper. Place tuna in marinade, coating both sides. Let sit in refrigerator for 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
Place Ahi on grill. Grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.
