Roasted Beef with Concentrated Beef Stock, Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Flavoring, Yeast Extract, Dried Whey (Milk), Potato Flour, Caramel Color, Corn Oil, Xanthan Gum.
Directions Basic Stock Directions: dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon) Roasted Beef Base in 8 oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1-1/2 tablespoons Roasted Beef Base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces, and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice, or pasta with more flavor. Gingered Beef with Sweet Peppers: In a hot pan, saute 12 oz. of beef strips in 1 tablespoon oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh chopped ginger, 1 cup of pepper strips, 1/2 cup of sliced onions, 3/4 tablespoon Roasted Beef Base, 1 table spoons soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 - 8 minutes, Serve over your favorite cooked rice. Refrigerate after opening.
