Directions Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Combine 1/2 cup quinoa and 1 cup water or broth in a 2 quart pot 2. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes. If you prefer less al dente grains, cook longer and make sure to have enough water. 3. Drain any excess water, then fluff with a fork and season to taste. Microwave: 1. Combine 1/2 cup quinoa and 1 cup water or broth In a microwave-safe bowl and stir. 2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 6 minutes. 3. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. 4.
