Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Bake: Always prepare from a thawed state. Conventional Oven: Remove pork roast from package. Place roast on shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 65–75 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 160°F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing. Roast: Slow Cooker: Place roast in slow cooker. Cover and cook Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours and until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160°F. Keep refrigerated.
