Over medium heat, pour a generous amount of vegetable oil into a nonstick pan. Place about 4-7 frozen potstickers in the pan leaving enough space between them. Heat for 5 to 7 minutes turning each side every 2-3 minutes or until all sides are golden brown. Bring about 5 cups of water to a boil. Gently add 7 frozen potstickers in the pot. When the water starts reboiling, cook for 1-2 minutes or until they come up to the surface. Remove from the pot and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Place 7 frozen potstickers on a microwave safe dish lined with a wet paper towel. Use another wet paper towel to cover the top and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove the dish with caution as contents will be very hot. Microwave power levels vary, so please adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep frozen. Tear to open.
