Place pouch printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. 1. Empty contents of pouch into 1-quart nonstick saucepan. 2 Do not add water. Cover; cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally. Keep frozen.
