Main Ingredients

  • 16 Open Nature® Wild Natural Shrimp Defrosted
  • 12 Open Nature® Sea Scallop Defrosted-Side Muscle Removed
  • 3 Open Nature® Smoked Chicken Apple Sausage, cut into 4 pieces
  • 8 10-inch Bamboo Skewers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Butter

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Zest and Juice, combined
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated fine or minced
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Rice

  • 2 cups O Organic®Thai Jasmine Rice

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 :: Prepare skewers

Place 2 skewers side by side.

Step 2 :: Prepare skewers

Alternately use 4 shrimp, 3 scallops, and 3 pieces of sausage per pair.

Step 3 :: Prepare Lemon Ginger Compound Butter

Combine ingredients and mix to incorporate.

Reserve for use or cover and refrigerate.

Step 5 :: Grilling and Serving

Prepare medium-hot grill, season cooking surface with oil or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.

Grill 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
