How to Cook our Premium Sausage: 1) Place patties in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. 2) Cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side and when edges turn brown, flip the patty over to cook the other side. 3) Cook until both sides are golden brown and the center is no longer pink. 4) Internal cooking temperature must reach 160 degrees F. Keep refrigerated.
