Bulk Gift Card Order FAQ
Can I ship my order to my home or work address?
Yes, with credit card payment taken securely over the phone.
Can I pick up a bulk order at my local store?
For bulk orders of more than 5 cards, an order can be shipped to your local store for pickup. Payment is required to be made at the store.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship everyday, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 12pm Noon MST will ship same day.
How are orders shipped?
Orders for 5 cards or less are shipped USPS, with UPS 2nd Day and Overnight available for a fee. Orders over 5 cards ship UPS 2nd day with Overnight available for a fee.
Are the cards shipped with value on them?
No, we want to protect your order and there is a simple activation step to complete once you have received your order. Instructions are on the packing slip that comes with your order.
How do I activate my order?
Follow the instructions on the packing slip which is to call 1-877-723-3929 or email GCactivate@albertsons.com with your order and confirmation numbers.
Can gift cards be used for delivery or Drive Up & Go orders?
No, unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used for delivery or Drive Up & Go orders. Gift cards must be redeemed in our stores.
Do I have to activate the whole order at one time?
Yes.
Are the gift cards good at all locations?
Our Gift Cards can be redeemed in all brands except for the United Brands. United Brands includes United Supermarkets, United Express, Amigos, Albertsons Market, and Market Street.
Do you offer a discount?
Yes, for orders over a threshold, a discount is available. Your agent can answer specific questions.
What denominations are available?
We offer denominated cards in the following denominations: $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $50, and $100. We also have a variable card that can be loaded with any value between $5 - $250.
Can I order more than one denomination?
Absolutely!
Do you offer an envelope or carrier?
Yes, we offer a small carrier and will include with your order upon request.
My organization didn’t use all the gift cards we purchased. Can I get a refund?
No, gift card sales are final.
Can I purchase an eGift (electronic)?
Yes, visit our partner’s website giftcardmall.com to order an eGift. Simply search by your local brand.
