Ronto Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ¼ medium yellow onion, diced
- ½ pound ground pork
- 6 oz chorizo sausage casings removed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 oz tomato puree
- Salt and pepper
- Ronto Wrappers
- 1 cup guacamole
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.
- Add the pork and chorizo, cook for about 5 minutes until meat is all brown.
- Add the brown sugar and tomato puree, cook for 15 minutes more until the sauce is thick
- Season to taste, spoon into the Ronto Wrappers. Top each with a few dollops of guacamole.

Kat's Kettle Corn
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- A few drops of yellow food color
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 1 teaspoon Saxa salt
Directions:
- Pour oil and food coloring into a medium pot with lid and place over medium-high heat. Add sugar & popcorn kernels, pop lid on. Give the pot a few shakes.
- Leave pot on the heat for several minutes until the corn starts popping. At that point, shake the pot back and forth until you can no longer see the bottom of the pot through the popped corn. Remove from heat, continue to shake to cover the popcorn with the sweet coating.
- Once the popping has mostly stopped, pour the popcorn into a large bowl. Sprinkle with saxa salt, tossing popcorn occasionally to make sure it’s all coated. Best eaten the same day.
